People are not always going to be what you thought they were.
Contrary to popular belief, first impressions don’t count as much.
They don’t count in such a way that people perceive this person as someone you like or you don’t, associate their personalities with people you have encountered.
But more often than not, once the walls are down, you’ll get surprised at how different they really are as opposed to what you though they were.
Well, well, well yup, this just happened to me in my martial arts class as soon as I walked in the class.

When the snake bites.
The thing about life is,
No matter how you badly want or don’t want something, in the end, you won’t have control over what it gives you…
Because life gives you what you deserve. And all you gotta do sometimes, is to take what you can get, and equally, give what you can give.
At the same time, it doesn’t have to mean we are reduced to some sort of complacency and blind acceptance at what life gives us. I guess what I’m trying to say is that we won’t really know what’s in store for us until the opportunity comes knocking on our doors.
Until it’s right there in front of us. And ultimately, we are left with a choice - we take it or we leave it - we seize it, or we ignore it - and then what happens, happens.
